Hi Monks

The following Symbol does not parsing in XML::Parse and its not validated, eventhough I use CDATA.

¿ (¿)

$parser="<symbols><![CDATA[Testing for Symbol ¿]]><symbols>"

$parser = new XML::Parser(Style => 'Tree');

Can you please provide your guidance ?
