I have to Develop SNMP management framework using Perl. I am totally new to perl I just know the basic of perl so I want to know how to Implement SNMP management framework in perl. in the beginning I want to make my program to communicate between snmp agent and snmp manager using GET_REQUEST function. pls help me to start writing my program.
