You'd have to edit this part:

The queue names here are "ActiveMQ.DLQ", "sig-io.startSomething", "sig-io.finishSomething" and "default"

The limits are the even numbered elements of the lists delimited by [ ... ] e.g. 0, 5000, 100 etc.
