Were you maybe expecting the "a" with the accent to be in front of the number? Or maybe the accent should have been below the bottom? (Or maybe the letter above or below the number, with the accent behind or in front?)

As for what it's for, you might ask whoever it was that probably put that in the table in the first place.

Obviously, if it had been put there by code that you wrote, you'd know for sure what it was for, because you wrote the code that put it there. But only you would know that, since nobody here has seen your code yet.
