Your question implies that there was a decision not to register. But I guess that there might have not been a decision to register or not.
And btw. by asking a question of the kind as yours you already started flaming the anonymous.
Well, If someone says: "No, I don't like to." or "No, I prefer not to ...", so whats the problem for us to accept?
I registered cause I am selfish. I wanted others to know about me.
However, there might have already been a poll about reasons to register or not. Uhm, if not, we might see it.
