The reason that PerlMonks doesn't have a jobs section is because PerlMonks doesn't accept job postings. There are several other places that do, however. One is http://jobs.perl.org. The Perl Linkedin group often has job ads that I believe are posted via Linkedin. And Gabor Szabo runs the Perl Weekly newsletter, which always features job openings from his newsletter's sponsors. Perl people seem to follow those resources.
