I wouldnt go so far as to call a user dumb... A problem a lot of people have, is that they call someone "dumb" and have nothing to back it up with.

In this case, I would call them "greedy" or in the status quo, I would call them "vengeful" but I wouldnt go so far as to call someone dumb. They found a loophole, and exploited it. So they are exploiters. Watch what you call people, and always stand ready to back up your statements, because people can and will always associate what you say with who you are.
