Tk::Frame is not a scrollable widget. See Tk::Scrolled BUGS for why you (probably) didn't get any feedback about this. [I wrote "probably" because you didn't post any feedback.]

I expect Tk::Pane is what you want here. From Tk::Pane DESCRIPTION:

"Tk::Pane provides a scrollable frame widget. Once created it can be treated as a frame, except it is scrollable."
