As choroba noted, it looks like JSON. I took your sample data, closed the open structures (]}) and slurped it in using JSON. After looking at the data structure, I also added a little code to show how to access some of the individual elements.
#!/usr/bin/perl use strict; use warnings; use JSON; use Data::Dumper; # Read the JSON string & clean it up a little. You don't need this pa +rt, it's # only here to turn your sample into a text string. my $txt = join("", map { s/\s+$//; s{\\\\}{\\}g; $_ } <DATA>); #print $txt,"
"; #print "-"x50,"
"; # Create JSON parser and decode the string my $json = JSON->new->allow_nonref; $json = $json->relaxed(1); my $r = $json->decode($txt); # Dump the decoded data to the screen so we can see how to access the +bits #print Dumper($r); # Dump some of the bits: print "RESPONSE STATUS: ", $r->{meta}{status}, "=", $r->{meta}{msg}, " +
"; for my $item (@{ $r->{response} }) { print "BLOG NAME: ", $item->{blog_name}, ", DATE:", $item->{date}, + "
"; } __DATA__
"i +d":698 95404084
http://wmr101.tumblr.com/post/69895404084 +/while-read- stdin-2048-a-29-b-73-c-142-t
while-read-stdin-2048-a-29-b-73- +c-142-t","type ":"quote
2013-12-13 18:18:57 GMT
sta +te":"published
["perl
http://tmblr.co/ZQJ0Ox1165peq","highlight +ed":[],"note_cou nt":0
$_=’while(read+STDIN,$_,2048){$a=29;$b=73;$c=142;$t=255; +@t=map{$_%16or $t^=$c^=($m=(11,10,116,100,11,122,20,100)[$_/16%8])&110;$t^=(72,@z=( +64,72,$a^=12*( $_%16-2?0:$m&17)),$b^=$_%64?12:0,@z)[$_%8]}(16..271);if((@a=unx”C*”,$_ +)[20]&48){$h== 5;$_==unxb24,join”“,@b=map{xB8,unxb8,chr($_^$a[—$h+84])}@ARGV;s/…$\\ +/1$&/;$d=unx V,xb25,$_;$e=256|(ord$b[4])>8^($f=$t&($d»12^$d»4^$d^$d/8))>8^($t&($g +=($q=$e»14&7^$ e)^$q*8^$q>=8)+=$f+(~$g&$t))for@a[128..$#a]}print+x”C*”,@a}’;s/x/p +ack+/g;eval
"},
" timestamp":1386773283
published
html","reblog_key" +:"Lhh9Osdt","t ags":["perl
http://tmblr.co/ZSfAvp10vx1qj","highl +ighted":[],"no te_count":0
perlでファイルを\\u +8aadみ\\u 8fbcむ

ファイル\\u30a +aー\\u30d 7ン、よく使うので書\\u304 +4て\\u307 fました。

<pre class=\\u +0022brush:perl ;"> open $FH, "hoge.txt" or die $!;
while ( + readline $FH ) {
# 処理
}
clise $FH;

\ +

\\ +u003C/p\\u00 3E

めでたく成功し\ +たと\ きはwhile( readline $FH )に進みます。

<a href="http:\\ +//www.perlpl us.jp/perl/file/index3.html" target="_blank"\\ +u003Ehttp:/\ /www.perlplus.jp/perl/file/index3.html< +/p>"}, ]}
When you run it, it gives:

You'll notice a couple lines of code commented out. They're what I used when debugging the example.
