That wont even compile... youve been tripped up by your leaning toothpicks ('/\/\/\/\'). You can avoid that by changing your regex delimiter... i.e.
s|\w+\s+(\d+)/(\d+)/\d+\s(\d+).(.*)|$1_$2_$3$4|
