The last line in the log file also states that I can use the --force option to install. My question is, if I install it that ways, will it work right or throw up some un expected errors/bugs?

There is no way to know other than to try

At the least, it means the part being tested doesn't work correctly

At the very least, it means poorly written test

At most, it means serious limitation (if the wheels is missing, car doesn't move)
