Please don't do this. Tutorials -> CGI Programming / Framework, Templating, and Content Management Systems. Take the time to read and work through some of these nodes. Especially Ovid's CGI Course if you decide to use CGI. Some of these posts show you how to configure Apache (as does the Apache documentation), others show you sensible ways to use CGI and other frameworks.
