I have installed ASP v5.16.1 and want to install some packages, they do not exist in the PPM repositories. So I decided to install them from CPAN. To do this I used the "makeppd.pl" script I found "http://jenda.krynicky.cz/perl/PPM.html"

When I run this script in ASP V5.10.1, everything is OK, however, in V5.16.1, I get the following error when I run the script with any module for example "Parallel-Jobs-0.09", I get this message.

perl makeppd.pl Set up gcc environment - 3.4.5 (mingw-vista special r3) Checking if your kit is complete... Looks good Generating a dmake-style Makefile Writing Makefile for Parallel::Jobs Writing MYMETA.yml and MYMETA.json Microsoft (R) Program Maintenance Utility Version 1.50 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corp 1988-94.
