Hello! I want to do the 3 handshake with the NET::RawIP, so I coded:

my $teste=Net::RawIP->new({
                  ip => {
                          daddr => 'www.leninja.com.br',

                          syn    => 1,
                         
                         },
                  });
$teste->send;

But I do not receive the ACK response from host.. Why?? Please, help me! TKS
