Your MAC address code should read
/([\dA-Fa-f]{2}:[\dA-Fa-f]{2}:[\dA-Fa-f]{2}:[\dA-Fa-f]{2}:[\dA-Fa-f]{2
+}:[\dA-Fa-f]{2})/g);
or more concisely,
/([\dA-F]{2}(?::[\dA-F]{2}){5})/ig);
The code you posted (I think) was looking for literal '2's instead of a count (
{2}). See

Titles consisting of a single word are discouraged, and in most cases are disallowed outright.
Read Where should I post X? if you're not absolutely sure you're posting in the right place.
