If you're talking about Tk::NoteBook, the answer is No.

Please specify the modules you refer to instead of making us guess. A link to them would be even better.

Tk::DynaTabFrame should do what you want. Anonymous Monk provided this information but, for some reason that completely escapes me, that node has been downvoted more than once. There's nothing wrong with that answer!
