Hi all, I am trying to create a 7 digit random part number generator and have each number written to a .txt.
This has been successful. However, I am now struggling to perform a test to check whether these random 7 digit numbers have been used before (by checking them against the used numbers in the text document). If it has i would like it to be discarded and then a new unique number genereated and checked.
Can someone please help me with the code that would allow me to do this.
Thanks
