I want to update some solr values. I am able to query solr but when i try to update the values nothing happens. My solr version is 4.3

        my $response = $solr->search( $solrquery );

        my @hits = $response->docs;

        foreach my $docs ( @hits ) {

        $aId = $docs->value_for( 'test' );
        print "newtest=$test";
