I tried to install version 5.14.2 with perlbrew and it wouldn't work so I installed 5.20.0 using perlbrew and it worked my system version is 5.16.2. I am currently reading the introduction perl book and I have also being using perl for awhile. My question is - How come there are so many duplicate files in my developer folder on my mac (mavericks) ? Most of them are perl files from the installs I did. Is this normal or should I get rid of the duplicates? I noticed other duplicate jar files too but perl has a whole bunch of them.
