At least for Attribute::Boolean (1.06), things look "normal" to me now, while a previous CPAN search (for 1.05) did not find the results. Mustache::Simple seems also to work.

I haven't tried installing either via cpan or cpanm, so the lack of inclusion on 02packages.details.txt might still break things.
