I would start with something like https://metacpan.org/pod/Mojolicious::Guides::Growing#Final-prototype and add in https://github.com/inorganik/digest-auth-request for secure login :)

If you're new its probably still all too confusing (there is a lot to know), I might write up a really simple but "secure" mojo version later
