Not quite sure what to say here which you haven't previously ignored, but here goes. Firstly, your post ignores the post formatting guidelines for the site. PerlMonks for the Absolute Beginner/How do I post a question effectively?. The name doesn't make sense for a cpan module, but you've ignored the advice you were given on this yesterday.

You've written some code which fails the tests you've written. Debug your code or change your what your tests expects, whichever is appropriate. Since you don't show any code at all nobody can do this for you, and to be honest it's better if you learn to do this for yourself. Tutorials->Debugging and Optimization->Basic debugging checklist

Update: since you seem to forget to login and post anonymously, you will not be alerted to responses to said posts. Hint: Problem while installing module from CPAN on windows..
