Hi,

the module IO::Pty::HalfDuplex::SysctlPoll you want to install is part of the distribution IO::Pty::HalfDuplex. So, you have to install this one via cpan.

You may try to reinstall with:

cpan> force install IO::Pty::HalfDuplex
