hi I have a problem while compiling my perl code in the Perl5.16.3 version .
Hello narendra5296 ,
are you sure this is your perl code, or you have inherited it . Without you understanding a little about your own code base, there is no quick fix for problems like yours and you need to start from the scratch, and understand basics about perl programming.
We can reccommend a book if u want.
Now you might be expecting the monks to give you quick tips resolve such problems for you, but you must do the basics , without which you will not be able to maintain the code that you have.

The temporal difficulty with perl is u need to know C well to know the awesome.else u just keep *using* it and writing inefficient code
