i want to make <say></sya> so that it can be <say>hello world!</say> 

    use XML::Simple;
   my $xs = new XML::Simple();
   my $ref = $xs->XMLin("<say>Hello world!</say>");
   my $xml = $xs->XMLout($ref);
   print $xml;
   exit;
