I very much doubt that we'd be able to help you. This seems to be a problem with the mailform.exe CGI script. This site deals with Perl; and while some CGI scripts are written in Perl, I very much doubt that a file ending in .exe is a Perl script.
I suggest you talk to whoever wrote the form mailer about this problem; they're the only ones who will be able to answer your question.
P.S. What you were calling a "script" is just the HTML that submits information to the CGI script, not the script itself.
