I have Strawberry Perl 5.18.1 on Windows 7 x64. Archive::Zip is installed by default as part of the Strawberry distribution (http://strawberryperl.com/release-notes/5.18.1.1-64bit.html).

Looks like that's the case on your version too - 5.20.1 (http://strawberryperl.com/release-notes/5.20.1.1-64bit.html).
