The emails only get sent on failures, http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Graphics-Fig+v1.0.4 currently shows 187 PASSes and no failures, so you seem to be all set.

By the way, your distribution seems to contain .tar.gzs of the previous releases, which is not necessary. Update: Also, the Graphics folder appears to be duplicated, once in the root of the distribution and once in the lib folder.
