Consideration is one potential way, which doesn't mean it's going to get the required votes, however this doesn't address the issue of where to put things, since much of this won't make sense to anyone else out of context. The current documentation would need to be updated to reflect a Reparent purely because the author of the root node feels a reply within a thread is causing them issues for whatever reason. As it stands anyone at the appropriate level can create such a consideration, for any other users posts.
