Turns out that gcc-3.4.5 also doesn't have the timespec structure, so I just changed line 143 to:/* Visual C++ 2013 and older don't have the timespec structure */ # if defined(MSC_VER) && _MSC_VER < 1900
which is not a portable solution, but is good enough to get the job done if the version of gcc is 3.4.5.# if defined(_WIN32)
Anyway, List::MoreUtils::XS-0.428 builds and tests fine on my gcc-3.4.5 built perl-5.32.0.Updated (ie checked and corrected): #if (defined(MSC_VER) && _MSC_VER < 1900) || (defined(__MINGW32__) && +__GNUC__ < 4)
