Last July I agreed with the idea of using a Linux virtual machine running on your Windows computer, to ease your cross platform woes. It seems like the majority of your posts here relate to trying to get things to run at all, not actually making progress with any developments. If you want to unpick this mess on your Windows platform you're going to have to spend some time digging into your current setup (which is overly complex), and the installation process that this new release of ImageMagick is undergoing. I don't have access to Windows machine so am not prepared to dig any deeper on a platform I have no access to.
