So (almost) 2/3 of the rest is NOT using it.

Anyway I don't think this is a good poll anyway.

There was no option for "always"

And if someone is not writing code dealing with untrusted input he'll rightfully say never.

Not all of us are web-devs, a decent survey would break that down on usage patterns.

FWIW: PM-Polls are mostly for fun, not information ...
