Configuration is:
Windows 10
perl v5.18.4 32bit
Oracle Database 21c Express Edition
DBD-Oracle-1.82 downloaded to the local directory.
With ORACLE_HOME=c:\app\lifel\product\21c\dbhomeXE
cpanm cpanm DBD-Oracle-1.80.tar.gz
yields:
