Looking into PDF::API2 on metacpan doesn't list PadWalker as dependency and I have no idea why it even should.

PDF::API2 -> TEST_REQUIRES includes Test::Memory::Cycle -> requires PadWalker

But PadWalker's cpantesters matrix looks very clean, so I'm not sure why jmlynesjr would have problems installing that dependency.
