Yesterday, "Reaped: Re^2: Perl ZX Spectrum Emulator" was reaped (Reason: Admin) and the account of the author, OliviaB (#11151243), was locked.

Today, I see a similar post in the same thread: "Reaped: Re^2: Perl ZX Spectrum Emulator". The author is a new OliviaB (#11151270).

I'm a little surprised that an account, once locked, can simply be recreated. Does this need investigation?
