I was reading Correcting and encouraging non native English speakers then a friend of mine come and he did look the screen and said "cool a web page about perl, so bad it is in english", i was thinking that stefp's idea would be good for my friend but the problem with him and a lot of people is that they don't speak english, some people want to use learn perl in this site but without a basic english that is very hard, then i get a JACI ( just another crazy idea), stefp was talking about a  <correct my english> link, what i propose is a  <translate this page> link or even better a nodelet which i can configure to select my lenguage , i think this would be a great help for non english speakers who wants to learn about Perl in a great site like this.
