What about DateTime::Format::Human ?
or DateTime::Format::Human::Duration ?
using https://grep.metacpan.org/ with dists starting with ^DateTime.* ending on *.pm and matching permutations of yesterday last week ago produced
unfortunately grep-metacpan was often not reliable in listing the matches, so I gave up searching for more.
