If you didn't add it, your my module template did, because it's in your POD: https://metacpan.org/release/BOD/Business-Stripe-WebCheckout-1.3/source/lib/Business/Stripe/WebCheckout.pm#L772

To do something about it, you will have to edit your POD and do a new release. You also might want to report to template author that their template links to a now-nonexistent tool.
