Hello PerlMonks.

I am trying to understand the meaning of the following error:

Template::Stash::XS object version 2.24 does not match bootstrap parameter 3.101 at /usr/lib64/perl5/DynaLoader.pm line 213.

This is being reported following my attempt to install Bugzilla. I'm running Perl v5.16.3 on Red Hat GNU/Linux 7.9.

Any guidance on the meaning of this error will be appreciate. I suspect it is related to installing a C-based versions of Template-Toolkit-3.100 and Template-Base-3.100. However, I'm not sure how this can be resolved.
