Chrome is so ubiquitous that it might seem silly but you could write an Alien to install it if it's missing. I hate writing code just to get CPAN Smokers to work as well as a typical end-user's system so I understand how unattractive that could be. Yet another project to maintain and all.

I'm afraid to say so publicly, but I've been close to just relying on my own GitHub Actions based CI. Haven't committed to the idea yet but I'm close.
