Thanks. The && exit clauses come from The Dynamic Duo --or-- Holy Getopt::Long, Pod::UsageMan!, which I have found so helpful down the years that I tamper with the model as little as I can. Perhaps that is cargo cult, but the cargo arrives. :-)
