[Spelling: I see that you, like me, use the noun licence; I don't see it in your post but I'll assume that you, like me, use the verb license. Be aware that you'll see license used for both noun and verb in many cases — sometimes this matters; for example, the LICENSE key in the hash returned by WriteMakefile() in Makefile.PL.]
