Finally got around to installing Unicode::Tussle on Ubuntu perl v5.38 and am pleased to report all your examples worked fine for me, albeit with a harmless looking "charnames: some short character names may clash in [GREEK, LATIN], for example GAMMA" warning written to stderr.

I'm now spoilt for choice, with three different working Unicode tools to choose from:
