"couldn't find command '/Strawberry/wkhtmltopdf/bin/' ..."

In "Re^2: Help with WKHTMLTOPDF" you identified the command as "C:\Strawberry\wkhtmltopdf\bin\wkhtmltopdf". Try using that.
