I saw three posts that were 'blessed' by people in the Notices section of the side panel. Is this new? What does it mean?

talexb, though I didn't notice the Notices section, I was astonished to see three gold stars magically appear in Bod's probing XS Modules - why and when? question ... and delighted to share this rare honour with the Bod and the LanX ... though I confess I didn't give it further thought until your question appeared today.

Poking around in the catacombs, I see most of the eleven gold stars in Illuminations (category: sorting) were awarded to significant historical figures in the monastery, including two gold stars awarded to PM founder vroom himself:
