I've had a few bosses say things like, "Just figure it out yourself!", and I always think, Sure, I can do that, but wouldn't it be faster if someone walked me through a few things? Maybe this would be better in a Meditation.

I hope more bosses nowadays appreciate the vital importance of Psychological Safety, discussed in more detail here, which notes that a large-scale Google study found that Psychological Safety is, by far, the single most important factor in successful teamwork.
