Probably because (a) the username you created the account with is rubysinnhotels, not Ruby, and (b) those accounts were locked for spamming,
and (c) you already have account, silent11. Use that.

I made a mistake. You were actually
referring to this account -
which was not locked but rather zombified.
(Two different things.)
I have unzombified it.
But note that secondary accounts don't get to
vote on nodes.
It was zombified because (a) it never had any
activity and (b) it had been several years since
it was last logged in.
I'm curious why you're suddenly interested in it,
considering you never did anything with it.
