Actually not that hard

Site Rules Governing User Accounts
  1. A person may have only one account which they use for voting.

  2. Any person creating multiple accounts must identify and report these to the gods (/msg gods) and identify the one account which is to be used for voting. The other accounts will be barred from voting.

  3. A person will not be able to use their voting account to vote on nodes belonging to any of their other accounts.

  4. Creating a new account in order to circumvent /borging or other restrictions will not be tolerated.

Rest assured that any attempts to hide multiple accounts from the gods will fail. Have a nice day
