You are not some what 'good question' ruler, you just represent your opinion, what I think about 'lecture around' behavior as produce 'nutrient deficiency words', the least I wanted from other monks, why you just ignore me since the question is too ambiguious for you. There are other people found the question bring up a common need and comprehense it quickly.
