Please show the code you tried with Gtk3.

This makes me realise there's no Gtk4 binding for Perl. And recently I checked, and there's only a Qt4 binding for Perl (there's now a Qt6). Even the Perl Tk binding has a fatal 64-bit compile problem that the maintainer apparently won't release a fix for. GUI on Perl is not currently in a good state.
